On Good Friday, the Manteno churches will participate in this annual event where a cross is carried through our community. At each of the five stops, a portion of the Easter story is read. If you are unable to walk you may drive to each of the locations. If you are driving for safety, we ask that you DO NOT follow the group walking. Please drive on to the next location and wait there. The walk will begin at St. Joseph Catholic Church and end at our church where a light lunch of soup and bread will be served.
